The Carlton Hotel Lyon enjoys a superb location, close to shops, restaurants and the central transport hub at Bellecour. Many guests appreciate the spacious and modern rooms, some offering wonderful views, particularly of Republic Square. a good experience

attentive staff spacious room welcome bottle

the staff was attentive (i really felt taken care of). my room was spacious and clean. i appreciated the welcome bottle of water, sparkling and still. there were plenty of shops nearby.

i encountered some difficulty with the air conditioning, not fully operational.

accessible location classic room fast wifi

The location is very accessible. Even sites across the rhine and saone rivers are reachable by walking. there are many restaurants and shops very close to the hotel. fast wifi was available and my classic double room was quiet.

i noticed one morning the strong smell of breakfast food reached my room.

the hotel's location was convenient. it provided easy access to several key attractions. the staff members were consistently helpful, providing directions and recommendations. the room offered a comfortable space for relaxation. i enjoyed the daily breakfast offerings.

the bathroom felt a little cramped. its small size made maneuvering somewhat difficult. i would have preferred a bit more space.

the hotel has a great location. shops and restaurants are very close. the staff was friendly and helpful. my room was comfortable. the location is very central and convenient.

the air conditioning in the room was not working. i had no option to switch to cool. i slept with the bathroom window open.
